AIThis bot automatically reacts to incoming messages in groups by picking a random emoji from a large list of supported Telegram reactions and applying it with Api.setMessageReaction. It also handles /start in private chats with a welcome message that encourages users to add the bot to groups. The implementation is simple TBL using built-in Api methods for reactions and messages.
